All packages are delivered at the soonest time possible, standard air freight can take 5 days upto a week once delivered to shipping address with little to no delays.
Express US Air Freight
All packages are delivered at the soonest possible time express air freight can take 2 days or upto 4 after delivered to shipping address with little to no delays.
US Sea Freight (unavailable)
US Sea Freight Our reliable Sea Freight service is once per week, our sea freight services is mainly for larger and bulk shipements whic is very cost-effective. Pricing is based on package dimensions, making it ideal for heavy or oversized items. Deliveries typically take 7–10 days, extending to up to 14 days during peak season, with customs clearance processed which can sometimes be lengthy. No card ,No problem
You wish to make a purchase online but you dont own/have a debit or credit card, that's ok we'll do the shopping for you... tell us what you want ,pay cash and we deliver, you do your own shopping but use our card is $500 , we do the shopping plus use our card is $1000 easy access at your finger tips. Track your package
You will be able to track your package once you login/signup to our customer portal, tracking is visible on the customer dashboard, tracking using our customer portal starts once package is at our warehouse to pick-up or delivery in Jamaica , this shows from start to finish . Pickup &Delivery
We do have flexible pick-up and delivery options to fit your convenience , Once packages get labeled * Ready For Pickup * this means packages are ready you will be notified via email and whatsapp to finalize pick-up or delivery option in Montego Bay and Christiana or delivery using knutsford express or Zipmail , Delivery outside Montego Bay is with Zipmail or Knutsford , just the Knutsford or Zipmail fee/cost (COD), the drop-off to those courier locations are normally free. Delivery is done on weekdays and can attract a fee starting at $500 depending on delivery location this sometimes can be free if delivery is in town. PLEASE NOTE we do not do deliveries on holidays and Weekends. NB ~ After 5 days there will be a storage fee of $200 per day if package is marked *Ready For Pickup * SHOP, SHIP AND RECEIVE WITH EASE
Payment Options
We do have multiple payment options , this includes NCB ,BNS and Cash In Hand ( CIN). Please note that once payment is submitted a copy of your receipt should be submitted via our WhatsApp line. Absolutely NO PACKAGE will be delivered unless payment is completed and reflecting in our systems. To use our NO CARD service is our pleasure to assist
